We had an incredible experience with Andrew and his team this fall, as they added a screened in porch to our home. From the first time we met with him to quote our project, Andrew was very communicative and kept us in the loop through a surprisingly lengthy permitting process. He provided great guidance as we needed to apply for a variance on our property line, which we really appreciated! Once we were able to get started, Andrew and Tom arrived each morning ready to go. They were always professional and kept their equipment as neat as can be expected. Our toddler loved looking out to see what they were doing each morning! As the build went on, Andrew was always willing to take our opinions into consideration, and rolled with it when we made a major change to the plan, and then when we made some minor changes to the plan! We were impressed with the attention to detail throughout the project, especially on pieces that we couldn't necessarily see - we feel confident that the porch is a high quality build - plus it looks absolutely beautiful! We are thrilled with the end product. to finally have this additional (bug-free!) living space.
